Omnichannel Analytics Consultant to join our team, responsible for conducting comprehensive fact-finding missions, analysing current states of Omnichannel analytics both in the US and Ex-US markets. - Conduct thorough fact-finding missions to assess the current state of Omnichannel analytics, covering both US and Ex-US markets.
- Catalog existing assets and websites related to Omnichannel analytics.
- Engage with business teams to identify needs and expectations, capturing requirements for Omnichannel analytics.
- Analyze captured needs and industry standards to recommend strategies and define the to-be state across channels for specific brands.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to be tracked across different levels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Determine the metrics necessary to build the identified KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
- Design and develop dashboards to effectively report on the identified KPIs, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct SCO (Scenario, Considerations, and Outcomes) analysis to evaluate potential outcomes and align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with business teams to mock up the end-product, ensuring alignment and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Establish the potential return on investment (ROI) for Omnichannel analytics initiatives.
- Define implementation roadmaps and plans to execute recommended strategies effectively.
- Repeat similar exercises with other brands, utilizing insights and outputs from previous analyses to drive alignment and make necessary adjustments.
