In-depth knowledge of Order Management Foundation modules of Distributed Order Management, Supply Collaboration, Inventory Visibility, Payment Processing, Reverse Logistics.
Strong experience in analysing technical architecture and designing business modules using OMS API&s and Services.
Strong design and build experience for IBM Sterling OMS and IBM Sterling Call Centre application including all type of product customisation
Good experience to CI-CD processes and sound knowledge of IBM Sterling OMS and Call centre for process including Build & Deployment.
Experience in staging technical workshops and leading audience toward desired outcomes.
Strong communication and stakeholder mgmt. skills
Correlation b/w Business and technology aspects
Nice to have experience
Experience in L2/L3 Support for IBM Sterling OMS and Call Centre applications
Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
Experience of working with collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence.

5-10+ years experience working in large transformation programs
Previous role in a leadership position
