Job:Open-Space Remodeling Project Manager Project Manager

Location : Onsite(1313 Sherman St.   Denver,  Colorado 80203)

Job Description:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager focusing on open-space remodeling projects.
  • Strong project planning skills, including creating detailed project schedules and managing multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent vendor management abilities, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Financial acumen and experience in budget management to ensure projects are completed within the specified financial parameters.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage project teams and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop a comprehensive project plan and timeline for the open-space remodeling project. Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and architects to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Create detailed project schedules, identify critical milestones, and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Vendor Management: Participate in the sourcing, selecting, and onboarding vendors and subcontractors who align with the project's requirements and standards. Collaborate with the Capitol Complex project manager to negotiate contracts, review proposals, and ensure compliance with the client's policies and budget constraints. Foster positive working relationships with vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Meet on-site at Denver, with architects, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders as necessary.

3. Budget Oversight: Take ownership of project budgets and closely monitor expenditures throughout the project lifecycle. Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards and client satisfaction. Prepare regular financial reports for management and clients as necessary.

4. Project Execution: Lead the execution of open-space remodeling projects, ensuring adherence to the approved project plan and timelines. Coordinate activities among various teams, monitor progress, and proactively address potential roadblocks or issues.

5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may affect the project's successful completion. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize project disruptions.

6. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed about project progress, changes, and updates regularly. Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders to clearly understand project goals and objectives.
