Open Text Technical Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         6+ years of OpenText implementation / support / rollout /upgrade projects

·         Preferably with two or more full life implementations.

·         Experience in IES(Information Extraction Service) , BCC, ICC, Open Text Archive Server and Enterprise scan tool

·         Good understanding of Business Process AP and AR

·         Understanding of project implementation methodologies

·         Ability to configure Archive Link, scanning configurations etc.,

·         Experience and configuration knowledge in VIM

·         Should have experience and responsibility for gathering requirements, creating a blueprint, configuring the system, testing, training and supporting the project go-live

·         Test Concept describing the test items, test prerequisites, environmental needs, test phases, schedule, test documentation, approval criteria

·         Ability to work independently and capable of planning his work and able to articulate it into definable tasks

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills"
