Role Description:-
We are seeking a skilled Developer with expertise in Jasper Reports, OpenText eSpreadsheet, RDBMS, MS Excel, and VB Macro. The ideal candidate will have strong technical abilities, experience in business intelligence tools, and excellent communication skills. This role requires someone who can effectively design, develop, and implement reporting solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain reports using Jasper Reports and OpenText eSpreadsheet.
Design, develop, and manage databases (RDBMS) to support reporting and data analysis.
Create and automate reports and dashboards using MS Excel and VB Macro.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform data analysis to support business decisions and improve reporting processes.
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of reports and data extracts.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for reporting tools and databases.
Continuously enhance reporting systems to improve efficiency and user experience.
Required Skills and Experience:
Jasper Reports: Proven experience in designing and developing reports using JasperSoft BI Suite.
OpenText eSpreadsheet: Proficiency in creating and managing eSpreadsheets with OpenText Exstream.
RDBMS: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with relational database management systems.
MS Excel: Advanced skills in MS Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
VB Macro: Experience in writing and debugging VB Macros for automation and process improvement.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
