OpenText Exstream Architect

Job Description:
As an OpenText Exstream Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions utilizing the OpenText Exstream platform to meet the business needs of our clients. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, design scalable solutions, and lead implementation efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of document management, customer communications, and the Exstream platform.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of OpenText Exstream solutions for our clients.
Gather and analyze business requirements to design appropriate Exstream solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation including solution designs, specifications, and test plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Exstream solutions with existing systems and processes.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to document management and customer communications.
Participate in pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations and client workshops
