OpenText Extreme Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced OpenText Extreme Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with OpenText Extreme.

As a developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using OpenText Extreme to meet our business needs

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and customize applications using OpenText Extreme (formerly known as Captiva)

Integrate OpenText Extreme with other enterprise systems and applications

Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Perform unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure software quality and reliability

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to OpenText Extreme implementations

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in OpenText Extreme technology

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in developing applications using OpenText Extreme (Captiva)

Strong knowledge of document capture, OCR (Optical Character Recognition), and document processing workflows

Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript or VBScript for customization

Familiarity with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML)

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in OpenText Extreme or related technologies

Experience with other OpenText products or enterprise content management systems
