Responsibilities

Communicate directly with the business groups to gather template design requirements.

Process business requests and develop documents within xPression to customize and modify existing document templates per request.

Upload documents onto database so that it can be viewed online by customers, as well as printed and mailed to corresponding customers.

Qualifications

3+ years of OpenText xPression experience within an enterprise environment

Expertise in document template design at the enterprise-level

Expertise with xDesign, xAdmin, and xDashboard

Experience working with complex templates (i.e., policy documents, welcome letters, insurance claims documents, and customer bills)

Experience implementing graphs, complex nested tables, campaigns, and marketing messages

Demonstrated professionalism and strong business acumen, resourcefulness, and an eagerness to solve problems

Professional interpersonal and communication skills
