Position Overview:

The Operations and Start-Up Leader will play a key role in supporting capital projects and initiatives to meet business, schedule, and budget objectives. This position supports the End-to-End Manager and will focus on the operational side of these projects – including the evaluation and implementation of business processes, equipment, systems, and technology

A key aspect of this role will be consistent collaboration with both internal and external partners, with the ability to drive actions to completion

The Operations Start-Up Leader works with stakeholders from all business units to analyze, define and document all necessary changes as well as to translate new requirements into processes, standards, and training-related materials for factory users. As the subject matter expert on operational processes, the Operational Start-Up Leader is expected to act as an effective coach for associates at all levels of the business.

Primary Responsibilities

Support E2E with coaching and oversight of progress against key milestones and deliverables in alignment with project schedule i.e., development and implementation of Key Standard Routines, TPM readiness, and 5S.

Participate in the identification of operational requirements and success criteria development

Track and report on the progress of ramp-up/start-up plans to ensure achievement of business objectives i.e., line performance, safety measures and product qualification
