Operations Manager

Job Description:

• Client is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Operations Manager 2 in La Palma LA and Pelham, Alabama to join our amazing culture.

Requirement:

• Excellent management skills related to Project Management.
• Customer Focus – Maintaining awareness of and seeking to meet the needs and wants of the customer.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Strong financial analytical skills including cost control.
• Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Power Point skills.
• Supports and drives operational excellence in the company’s core strategies.
• Manage, oversee and coordinate all aspects of branch operation activities including, but not limited to, the following: operations planning, qualifying potential business, operational review of proposals and bookings.
• Overall responsibility for execution of contracts – estimated cost vs. actual cost; review of contracts; supervision of labor and subcontractors; planning and scheduling contracts, preparation of invoices, and collections.
• Project Revenue Managed: Greater than $15 Million. Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Requirements:

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
• Minimum Experience: 8-10 years operations, service or field or project management
• Previous project supervisory

Preferred Experience: (but not required):

• Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare
