Job Description:
- Application processing, Documentation
- Handling applicant queries in person, over email and phone
- Handling bank-related transactions, Data Entry, managing and tracking applicant data.
Qualifications required:
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy under tight timelines
- A proactive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Flexibility to work additional hours, if needed
