  • Leading the India SRE Ops team for maintaining compliant, resilient and scalable SRE infrastructure and CI/CD tools.
  • Work with Product Engg teams and L2 teams during IST hours to ensure events(alerts) and incidents are addressed in timely manner. Manage product engineering escalations.
  • Prepare operational reports.
  • Track and Eliminate redundant infrastructure and tools which are not in use
  • Drive problem elimination and continuous improvements.
  • Work on identifying the operational and platform/Infrastructure performance KPIs/Metrics and report on periodic basis.

 

 

Required Skills --
1. Cloud engineering with Dev Ops and CI/CD tools experience .
2. Operations Experience with DevOps/SRE skillset.
3. Container Orchestration
4. Design/Development Experience

5. Azure and Jenkins are must


Good to have --
1. AWS and GCP
2. Product Design/Architecture and Integrations/Transactional understanding.
