Description

 

Experience:

•         5-10 years of Oracle Agile PLM functional and/or architect consulting experience

•         Industry experience- Medical Device experience is required – other industry experience would also be a plus but

·         not required. Med Dev regulatory (RA/QA) experience would also be huge plus.

•         Responsible for leading business requirements gathering, solution architecture, configuration, testing, and training

·         of the Oracle Agile PLM solution

•         Experienced in demonstrating, implementing, and supporting Oracle Agile PLM (primarily PC, PPM, and PG&C

·         modules)

•         Effectively communicate ideas, report status, and discuss activities with on-shore/off-shore development teams,

·         project management, and customers

•         Experience implementing the various Oracle Agile PLM Modules (PC, PPM, and PG&C). Oracle PLM Cloud experience

·         would be a plus but not required.

•         Driving workshops that involve requirements gathering, process analysis, or training

•         Must have experience with Product Collaboration (PC) module. Implementation experience  on Product Portfolio

·         Management (PPM) and Product Governance and Compliance (PG&C) is also preferred. Helps the customer test the

·         design of the Oracle PLM System. Works to resolve configuration related issues/defects through troubleshooting

·         solution and applying necessary fixes proactively

•         Experience with Product Quality Management (PQM), Product Cost Management (PCM), and Engineering

·         Collaboration (EC) is a plus, but not a requirement Language – English is must have requirement. Japanese and

·         German are not required but would be a plus.

•         Lead Implementation of global Oracle Agile PLM deployment (global design, build, test, train, and deploy) w/ ability

•         to work independently with minimal supervision

•         Strong interpersonal skills required to communicate technical information and to complete project assignments

•         Ability to cultivate customer relationships and provide guidance on best practices

•         Ability to lead an onshore and offshore technical team of a minimum of 3+ consultants  globally

•         Participate in development and review of proposals, change orders, and statements of work
