Oracle Analyst with Forms Application Experience

Minimum Qualification:
A minimum of two to five years of programming/systems analysis experience.
Skills in understanding Oracle databases, forms, and reports.
The resource will be responsible for contributing to and/or producing as they relate to the design, development, implementation, or enhancement of Oracle Form application solutions include, but are not limited to: 
Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. These solutions must be aligned with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization’s architectural standards. Involved in the full systems life cycle and is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget.
Makes recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code. Responsibilities may also include participation in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation, and buy vs. build recommendations.
Has experience in systems analysis and design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies.
Document the Current (AS IS) state of technical environments.
Operates as a technical lead in the reengineering of existing systems.
Operates as a technical lead in the design and implementation of new systems.

Preferred Experience:
Ability to write complex queries and develop complex PL/SQL database objects and \ or ability to write complex queries utilizing transact SQL.
Knowledge of relational database design, data processing, and data communications.
Ability to write, read, and interpret technical specifications, test cases, and software requirements.
Education and Certification:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or another related field, or equivalent work experience.
