Looking for candidates to be onsite from Dallas/ Tampa

Billing Analyst

  • NO MEDICAL BILLING experienced candidates- thats a different area
  • Support Client's portfolio of accounts- 100-150 accounts
  • Oracle based systems experience would he highly preferred-
  • Lot of process and policy review- someone who has the ability to stay agile and adjustable will be a idea fit
  • Located in Tampa or Frisco- MUST- Remote till covid- But Local only

MS Excel- Intermediate to expert level
MS Outlook- day to day communication

Must skills and Day to Day situation-

  • Answering customer answers
  • support customers on any open disputes that needs to be reviewed or resolved-
  • Handle invoice issues
  • Opening disputes on customers behalf and work with customer to resolve that
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer service experience is a must- customer facing role apart from billing and invoicing experience.
  • Main focus will still be on Billing and invoicing apart from all above duties
