We are seeking an experienced Oracle Case Management Specialist with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle applications and possess the ability to streamline case management processes effectively. You will work closely with various stakeholders to enhance system functionality and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage Oracle Case Management solutions to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective case workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to case management processes and applications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users on case management functionalities.
  • Analyze case data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on Oracle product enhancements and industry best practices.

 

Qualification Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Case Management, with a strong focus on configuration and implementation.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Applications (e.g., Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a contract environment
