Oracle CDM Cloud Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle CDM Cloud Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Customer Data Management Cloud and related technologies. They will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle CDM Cloud solutions for our clients to enhance their customer data management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle CDM Cloud solutions, ensuring they align with the client's business requirements.
2. Data Integration: Develop data integration strategies to consolidate and centralize customer data from various sources into Oracle CDM Cloud.
3. Customization: Customize Oracle CDM Cloud to meet the specific needs of clients, including creating custom data models, workflows, and validation rules.
4. Data Quality: Implement data quality and data governance practices to maintain accurate and consistent customer data within Oracle CDM Cloud.
5. User Training: Provide training to end-users and client teams to ensure they can effectively use Oracle CDM Cloud and its features.
6. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Oracle CDM Cloud implementations, including system performance optimization.
7. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and best practices.
8. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to deliver successful projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in implementing Oracle CDM Cloud solutions.
• Strong knowledge of customer data management principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in Oracle CDM Cloud configuration and customization.
• Experience with data integration tools and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud certifications) are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
