Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Should have at least 2 Implementation experiences in ORC for Global Companies across Multiple Geographies.
• Must have worked on at least 3-4 Oracle Cloud HCM projects.
• Expertise in Global Templates, Postings, Offers, and Pre-Boarding / Onboarding is required.
• Must have Expertise in Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis, and Requirements documentation.
• Prepare functional design and work with the Offshore team in Implementing and testing.
• Should understand the interactions with dependent modules in Implementing ORC.
• Experience in Implementing Any 2 additional modules like Core HR, Talent Management, Learn, and Advanced HCM Controls will be desired.
• Must have excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills and problem-resolution skills.

Required Skills:
• Consult & Setup Oracle HRMS Modules (Global HR, Self Service, Time Attendance & iRecruitment Application.
• Prepare the User Guides.
• Provide Support for HR Key Users.
• Collect the requirements and Implement any Enhancement
