1) Role: - Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant

Skill                        : Oracle HCM, HDL/HSDL, FBDI, Fast Formulas and BPM workflows
Experience            : 7+ Years
Job Location        : Bangalore / Hyderabad/ Remote
Lead time Hire     : We will look for immediate candidates.

Technical Skill:
A minimum of 7 years of consulting in the implementation of Oracle Cloud across multiple clients with 3+ implementations. 
Skillful and hands-on experience in data extracts, data loads, BI Reports, Fast Formulas, Payroll Process Flows and BPM workflows (approval rules using both FSM and BPM)
Skilled in data conversion/loads using HDL/HSDL, FBDI and other available tools.
Familiar with security configurations, including creating Custom roles, auto-provisioning rules and SSO.

2)      Role: - Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Skill                                :  Oracle Fusion HCM – US Payroll/Core HR/OTL/ Talent & Recruiting
Experience                 : 7 Years
Job Location             : Bangalore / Hyderabad/ Onsite
Lead time Hire          : We will look for immediate candidates. 

Technical Skills:
·         A minimum of 7 years of consulting in the implementation of Oracle Cloud across multiple clients.
·         Should be proficient in HCM modules like:
·         Core HCM & Benefits
·         Talent & Recruiting
·         US Payroll (Canadian experience)
·         OTL / Workforce Scheduling
·         Work with team to gather business requirements and translate those needs into software solutions. Define specifications for product configuration/development and testing. Use specifications to create detailed test cases and analyze results.
·         Proven knowledge of modules within area of focus with strong business process understanding and acumen
·         Hands on implementation experience in Oracle Cloud with a minimum of two (2) end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations
·         High-level knowledge of end-to-end integrations spanning processes across Oracle Cloud modules
·         Able to fully configure and test the Oracle Cloud modules in application track/workstream.
