Experience leading and driving Oracle Cloud Implementation
Experience in creating Project financials.
Thorough working knowledge of SDLC models/methodologies, including waterfall and
agile, IT Systems and processes, methodologies, and their direct implementation to
projects.
Coordinate internal resources and Oracle Team for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
A clear understanding of the Statement of Works,
Project scope and objectives
Act as a change agent to improve overall processes and programs.
Guide the implementation team and SMEs throughout the project lifecycle to meet
applicable business requirements.
Support developing and deploying project management standards, guidelines, and
processes. Experience in understanding Oracle Consulting delivery standards is a plus.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with Oracle and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Help create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and
long-term goals.
Meeting budgetary objectives and adjusting to project constraints based on financial
analysis is a plus.
Develop comprehensive project plans.
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
Ready for Sunrise and Sunset meetings.
Experience in running steering committee meetings.
Knowledge of PPM Pro is a plus.
Working for a State Agency or in the Public Sector as a consultant or an employee is a
plus.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Seven (7) years of proven working experience in project management.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project Management Professional
PMP certification
