Oracle Cloud Recrutiment SME is responsible for delivering the complex solutions using Oracle cloud solutions. He/She needs to be self motivated and lead the team for successful project delivery. Having experience with across all the key modules, implementataion, familier with cloud upgrades and patching change management, risk management and year end activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Oracle Cloud Fusion functional consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire cloud application services implementation lifecycle for Oracle Cloud Fusion projects.
• Completed at least 2 full life cycle implementations of Cloud projects.
• Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support
• Should have strong hands-on experience with at least 2 of these key modules:
•     Core HR
•     ORC
•      Payroll
•     Absence management
• Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for Oracle Cloud Fusion projects.
• Conduct Functional/Technical Design Workshops for Oracle Cloud Fusion projects.
• Configure, document, and test the applications as per business requirement.
• Provide functional guidance to technical team. Work closely with the technical team to debug the production issues.
• Analyze and resolve technical queries during project execution.
• Should be willing to learn new functionalities and technologies.
• Hands on experience in creating queries, Fast Formulas, BI publisher report is a PLUS
• Oracle cloud Payroll, Absence management certification is a PLUS"

Skillset:
• Minimum 10+ years of experience with Cloud & Non-cloud – combined experience
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
• End-end configuration and implementataion experience projects in Oracle Cloud
• Strong communication & leadership qualities
• Agile way of working
