  • Installing and maintaining the Oracle database software.
  • Creating storage database structures with high-level security features.
  • Altering storage structures to meet the evolving needs of the company.
  • Setting up database user accounts.
  • Training users on how to access the information in the database.
  • Finding and debugging malfunctioning programs affecting the database integrity.
  • Creating autonomous database backups.
  • Configuration of the Oracle wallet.
  • Performed RMAN Active cloning.
  • Managing Tablespace and performed datafile activities.
  • Managing Control files, Data files, Redo log files and Archive log files
  • Configuration & Implementation of Data Guard.
  • Worked on Data Pump export & import for Database refresh, Schema refresh as per client needed.
  • Converting standby database into SNAPSHOT standby as per the application requirement.
  • Co-ordinated with Oracle Corporation for technical issue resolution through SR.
  • Troubleshooting archive log transport failures for standby database.
  • Regularly updating the database security protocols.
  • Familiarity with Oracle database design, coding, and documentation.
