Skills needed :

EBS R12.2 thorough knowledge (Upgrades, Patching, Support, and Troubleshooting)

19C database Knowledge (RAC, Support, Performance, patching and Troubleshooting)

Basic Linux commands and shell scripting.

Handling Databases other than Oracle, AWS, MS SQL, and Postgres.

At least Oracle and AWS.

Server support capabilities for Linux, Oracle Cloud, Exadata, etc
