Job Description:
• Experience troubleshooting Oracle EBS Financials issues in the system and recommending resolutions/fixes.
• Experience with financial business processes improvements and re-engineering
• Experience in solution design; preparing specification documentation, designing process workflow, identifying, and resolving gaps.
• Expertise in client interaction, requirement gathering, process walkthrough and functional design documentation.
• Subject matter expert in developing financial detailed requirements development and management.
• Experienced in providing functional inputs for specifications, business process, and post implementation support.
• Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills, including ability to function proactively by anticipating priorities and requirements of team stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years of work experience
• Proven functional experience and expertise in Oracle modules.
• Superb oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)
• Proficient with Oracle data reporting and BI tools
• Experience in business analysis in a technical environment, supporting large teams of business, IT staff, and executive management.
• Experience with both process and data-driven structured analysis techniques

Any Graduate
