Experienced functional resources in Oracle EBS R12.2 Core HR, Compensation, PTO, Benefits and Payroll modules.Additionally, we would want experience with EBS integrations patterns as well.
Perform HRIS responsibilities supporting both project work and run the business activities.
Functional expertise to support a production environment for enhancements and break/fix issues
Skills in understanding the structures of Oracle EBS (flexfields, lookup tables, programs/plans/options/rates, EITs, concurrent programs, compensation workbench, etc.)
Need to be able to work independently with little guidance after an initial ramp up with the team.
