Description

  • Experienced functional resources in Oracle EBS R12.2 Core HR, Compensation, PTO, Benefits and Payroll modules.Additionally, we would want experience with EBS integrations patterns as well.
  • Perform HRIS responsibilities supporting both project work and run the business activities.
  • Functional expertise to support a production environment for enhancements and break/fix issues
  • Skills in understanding the structures of Oracle EBS (flexfields, lookup tables, programs/plans/options/rates, EITs, concurrent programs, compensation workbench, etc.)   
  • Need to be able to work independently with little guidance after an initial ramp up with the team.
