Responsibilities: Collaborate with the project team to customize, configure, and implement Oracle EBS Payroll solutions according to client requirements. Develop custom payroll processes, reports, interfaces, and extensions using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and other relevant technologies within the Oracle EBS framework. Integrate the payroll module with other EBS modules, such as HCM, Finance, and Time & Labor, ensuring seamless data flow between systems. Analyze payroll data and generate various reports for stakeholders, including payroll registers, tax reports, earnings statements, and other relevant reports using Oracle reporting tools. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and assist in implementing necessary updates to the system. Conduct testing and debugging of payroll processes to ensure accuracy and reliability, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Provide support to end-users for payroll-related issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement fixes and enhancements as required. Document customizations, configurations, and processes related to the payroll module to maintain a comprehensive understanding of the system and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team. Collaborate with other team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the payroll system. Requirements: Must be a US Citizen Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Oracle EBS Developer, with a focus on payroll development. Strong development experience with Oracle EBS Payroll module, including customization and configuration. Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and other relevant technologies within the Oracle EBS framework. Experience with other EBS modules, especially in HCM, is highly desirable. Familiarity with State or Federal projects is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
