Responsibilities:
- MUST HAVE: Sound experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.10 Payroll and Time & Labor modules.
- Should have performed hands on activities in configuring balances, elements, fast formulas, Time entry rules, Time Validation rules, garnishments, earnings and deductions.
- Should have sound experience in Payroll processing, post processing activities, configuring of payslips.
- Should have worked on yearly Roll Up patches impact assessment for HRMS and year end patches for HRMS/Payroll.
- Should have knowledge about HR Security roles and responsibilities configuration. HR Security Profiles.
- Should have sound understanding of RICEFW in EBS.
- Should be able to work with Client in a fast moving support environment and should be able to work with offshore team
