Job Summary

This position is responsible for working with IS Business Analysts to design and develop the most feasible and scalable solutions for Oracle eCommerce projects and enhancements. In addition, he/she is responsible for working with the IS system architecture, entitlement management, license/subscription management, and portal development teams to ensure the implemented solution is aligned with Trimble's strategic goals.

Primary Duties

Develop eCommerce solutions in a global implementation of Oracle EBS with an emphasis on the Order to Cash and Subscription products.

Work on the complete life cycle of application development assisting from design through the migration to Production environment and post-implementation support.

Develop scalable and high quality solutions.

Provide technical expertise in Oracle applications as well as integrations to external systems.

Interact with Business Analysts, System Architects, DBAs, Unix administrators, Internal Trimble product teams to implement projects, enhancement requests and to diagnose and correct bug fixes.

Follow management processes to develop according to Trimble standards

Create and complete test cases.

Create technical documentation.

Position Requirements

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in developing, implementing and customizing in an Oracle R12 environment. Emphasis is on Order to Cash with experience in Oracle iStore, Oracle Service Contract modules, Install Base, TCA, OM, AR, Advanced Pricing, etc.
Strong technical skill and hands-on experience in working with SQL, PL/SQL, Inbound-Outbound Interfaces, Oracle Workflow builder, XML/BI Publisher Reports. Experience in iStore related components like Java, Java scripts, JSP, Ajax is an added advantage. 
Must have worked on complex Interfaces/Integrations interacting with various other systems connected to EBS R12.
Experience using IDE like SQL Developer, TOAD and applications like putty, SVN and working knowledge in middleware tools like Oracle Fusion middleware, Mule etc.
Good/strong experience with Performance Tuning inbound/outbound interfaces and processes.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment.
Experience to individually own and manage the full SDLC cycle (from requirement gathering to support).
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex business processes and systems.
Deep development expertise in Oracle e-Business Suite with a successful track record implementing highly scalable worldwide systems in a dynamic global environment.
Participate as a member of a team-based environment. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Must be able to work successfully with little or no supervision.
Ability to work closely with users, cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Must be able to travel occasionally within Europe and the United States.
