Oracle ERP Technical Lead

IT Lead acts as lead for the data workstream and conversion activities from legacy ERP to Oracle. Partner with legacy company personnel, third-party contractors, Project Management Office, White Cap business and IT associates to drive overall project success.
-- Manage IT Business Systems Analyst resource
-- Assist to establish and maintain routine and timely delivery of data extracts/reports to meet the needs of functional groups
-- Be subject-matter expert for ERP data conversion process and consult/advise Project Manager and stakeholders on activities
-- Analyze, problem-solve and recommend solutions as needed to remove project roadblocks and minimize risk
-- Overseer and guide IT conversion activities to ensure timely delivery
-- Clear and effective communication across multiple functional groups
-- Escalate project risks and issues to leadership
--Strong work experience in Oracle modules (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Supply Chain)
--Experience with inbound interfacing
--Experience leading projects
