Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Oracle Fusion Financials & Subscription Manual QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive manual test plans for Oracle Fusion Financials and Subscription modules, ensuring the quality and reliability of our financial systems. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials and Subscription applications, as well as hands-on experience in manual testing methodologies.

Responsibilities:

Test Planning and Design:

• Develop comprehensive test plans based on functional and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system specifications and design effective test cases.

Manual Testing:

• Execute manual test cases to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of Oracle Fusion Financials and Subscription modules.
• Identify, document, and track defects in a detailed and organized manner.

Regression Testing:

• Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability of existing functionalities after system changes or upgrades.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand system features and behavior.
• Participate in walkthroughs and reviews of software requirements and design documents.

Documentation:

• Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Document and communicate test results to project stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Stay updated on Oracle Fusion Financials and Subscription updates, patches, and new features.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience:

• Proven experience in manual testing of Oracle Fusion Financials and Subscription modules.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion applications and their integration points.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of financial business processes.
• Proficient in creating and executing manual test scripts.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, Jira).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Certifications:

• Oracle Certification in Fusion Financials is a plus.
