Job Description:

  • 3-5 years experience working in Oracle HCM Modules, Completed at least 2 to 3 full HCM Oracle Cloud project implementations.
  • Proficiency in configuring various modules of Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Having Competencies in Core HCM Modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits), and Advanced HCM Modules (Talent Management, Learning Management, Compensation Management)
  • Nice to Have-Experience with data migration, integrations, and reporting tools within Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
