Key Responsibilities
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Expertise : Develop and manage integrations using OIC for Oracle SaaS applications, ensuring seamless data flow between systems
Integration Development : Design and implement inbound and outbound integrations, including connecting HCM modules with third-party providers such as ADP and Mercer
Technical Documentation and Review : Prepare AIM documentation, technical specifications, test scripts, SIT, UAT, and participate in code reviews and deployment activities
Fusion ERP Technical Architecture : Demonstrate in-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP architecture across various modules (Finance, SCM, HCM), including Core HR, GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and PO
Web Services Proficiency : Utilize SOAP/REST web services for integration with external applications and Oracle SaaS solutions
BI Publisher Expertise : Develop and manage BI Publisher reports, including RTF design, eText, scheduling, parameter handling, and report migration across pods
Reporting Tools : Utilize additional reporting tools such as HCM Extract, OTBI, and Analysis Dashboard for data analysis and reporting needs
Data Transformation : Develop and manage transformation formulas, automate inbound data loads into HCM using HDL, and ensure efficient data processing
Qualifications
Education : B.Tech, MCA, or equivalent technical degree
Experience : Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with Oracle Fusion and OIC, including hands-on experience with at least 2 full implementation lifecycles
Strong knowledge in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle SaaS application integration
Proficiency in Fusion ERP modules, particularly HCM, Finance, and SCM
Experience with web services (SOAP/REST)
Expertise in BI Publisher and other reporting tools such as HCM Extract and OTBI
Knowledge of transformation formulas and HDL for data automation
