We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant with 4-7 years of experience in developing solutions in Oracle Fusion Cloud. The candidate must have expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), integration development for Oracle SaaS applications, and experience working through full implementation lifecycles. A solid understanding of Oracle technologies, including OTBI, BIP/XML Publisher, SQL, and PL/SQL, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities: 
 

Develop inbound and outbound integrations for Oracle SaaS applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Service. 
 

Work on technical aspects of full implementation lifecycles, with a minimum of 2+ projects. 
 

Integrate HCM with third-party providers (e.g., ADP, Mercer) and work on financial, SCM, and HCM modules. 
 

Develop reports using OTBI, BIP/XML Publisher, and handle data migrations using FBDI (File-Based Data Import) templates. 
 

Manage data loading and conversions through HCM Data Loader (HDL) and spreadsheet loaders. 
 

Implement and configure web services (SOAP/REST) and manage integration with third-party providers. 
 

Perform application and SQL performance monitoring and troubleshooting. 
 

Prepare technical specifications, test scripts, SIT/UAT, code review, deployment, and manage the SDLC change management process. 
 

Work on Oracle Fusion ERP Technical Architecture across Finance, SCM, and HCM modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO). 
 

Monitor and optimize performance using Oracle technologies, troubleshoot integration issues, and provide support. 
 

Work within the ITIL framework in development and support projects. 
 

Qualifications and Skills: 
 

4-7 years of experience working on Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions. 
 

Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integration development. 
 

Proficient in Oracle technologies like OTBI, BIP/XML Publisher, SQL, and PL/SQL. 
 

Hands-on experience with full implementation lifecycles of at least 2 projects. 
 

Familiarity with Fusion ERP technical architecture and modules (Finance, SCM, HCM). 
 

Experience in data migration through FBDI and data loading with HDL. 
 

Understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks. 
 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team. 
 

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
