Position: Sr. Oracle HCM Compensation Analyst 

Location: Charlotte -> Remote while on contract, hybrid after convert (must be in Charlotte when converting)

3 Month C2H

 

This is an urgent need for their team, they will work alongside Elliott as an Oracle Comp SME assisting him in day to day tasks. They will be working alongside the HCM project we’ve been staffing for, interacting with the internal team and Deloitte (SI). This person needs to be a self-starter and have the experience to function autonomously.

 

Top requirements:

  • Oracle HCM
  • Oracle Compensation tool exp
    • Ability to manipulate/create configurations
  • Exp configuring oracle comp tool at an enterprise level client
