Must haves: • Provide application support of the Oracle HCM application suite which includes HR Core, Benefits, Compensation, Talent (Goals & Performance Review & Talent Review) and Recruiting. • ORC (Oracle Recruiting) – able to support the oracle recruiting cloud, be able to modify the candidate selection and job application fields • Fast Formulas – creating, updating, troubleshooting • Experience with Oracle Extracts – creating, updating, troubleshooting • Journeys experience – creating, modifying and supporting
