Oracle HCM Cloud Functional

Job Description:

We are seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Specialist with a background of 8 to 12 years in Human Capital Management (HCM), inclusive of a minimum of 3 complete end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM) implementations.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive expertise in Core HR, Recruitment (ORC), and Workforce Compensation modules within Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Proficient in identifying, assessing, and offering solutions for intricate functional requirements and issues within Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Proven track record in client-facing roles, involving requirement gathering, solution provision, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Sound knowledge of data flow and integrations between Fusion HCM and other connected systems.
• Strong understanding of technical facets such as HCM Extracts, BIP, and Fast Formulas.
• Previous experience collaborating in an onsite-offshore model.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with personal drive, adaptability, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
