Oracle HCM Cloud Techno/Functional Lead

Location: New York, NY- On-site

Duration: 6 Months

 

 

 

Job Description:

 

• Experience with the business processes in one or more of Oracle HCM Cloud modules - Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor

• And / Or Technical experience in HCM extracts, Fast Formulas, OTBI & BIP reports and HDLs

• Experience in Fast Formulas is preferred.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work well in a team environment.

• Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud functionality.

• Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them.

• Configure the Oracle Cloud to meet client requirements and document application set-ups.

• Support clients with the execution of test scripts.

• Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis

 

Top skills required for this role:

1. Prior Oracle HCM Cloud experience in one or more of Oracle HCM Cloud modules - Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor

  • 2. And / Or Technical experience in HCM extracts, Fast Formulas, OTBI & BIP reports and HDLs
