Job Description:
Technical/Functional Skills
- Manage overall configuration of Global/Core HR and Absence
- Develop and support business rules
- Develop and support Business Process / Standard Process
- Manage Approval Rules and Security
- Develop / Maintain Existing Reports
- Understand consolidation business requirements
- Help QA team during Integration testing
- Attend daily and weekly meetings with Onsite and other stakeholders
Experience Required:
- Provide configuration training and consultation on best practices, short-term impacts and long-term considerations
- Similar experience on End to End Implementation project will be added advantage
