Technical/Functional Skills

  • Manage overall configuration of Global/Core HR and Absence
  • Develop and support business rules
  • Develop and support Business Process / Standard Process
  • Manage Approval Rules and Security
  • Develop / Maintain Existing Reports
  • Understand consolidation business requirements
  • Help QA team during Integration testing
  • Attend daily and weekly meetings with Onsite and other stakeholders

Experience Required:

  • Provide configuration training and consultation on best practices, short-term impacts and long-term considerations
  • Similar experience on End to End Implementation project will be added advantage
