Job Title: Oracle HCM Data Migration Specialist

Client: Fed Client

Visa : Any Visa Independent (GC, USC, H4 EAD, L2 EAD)

● 7 or more years of data analyst and/or relational database administrator experience working on large enterprise-wide implementation projects.

● 5 or more years of experience working with large volumes of data from on-premise and cloud platforms.

● Experience translating business requirements into data requirements

● Experience in gathering and reviewing/comparing data from multiple sources, including but not limited to Oracle databases using Lawson LBI, or SQL, Excel spreadsheets, and vendor generated reports.

● Experience in creating complex pivot tables using Excel for data comparisons.

● Experience in creating programs for data validation using SQL.

● Expert experience with database query and merging datasets using Microsoft Excel

● Ability to design, generate and validate results of analyses of complex data sets, and

facilitates reporting to improve operational outcomes.

● Ability to develop and maintain quality control standards and data reconciliation techniques for internal and external reporting.

● Experience in developing and implementing algorithms for data analysis and modeling.

● Ability to evaluate and select appropriate software tools, frameworks, and technologies.

● Ability to identify patterns in data and communicate the findings clearly

● Design and execute effective data visualization strategies for presenting complex data

● Experience in managing complex projects and tasks while paying close attention to details.

● A keen focus on customer-satisfaction and team collaboration.

● Detail-oriented, highly organized, and excellent oral and written communication and human relations skills.

● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, leveraging both logic and creativity.
