Role-Oracle HCM Fusion Functional Consultant- Mid Level candidate 

Location: India – 100% REMOTE --- Working IST HOURS

Required:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Functional role
  • Must have experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion experience in below modules:
    •  Core HCM, Learning, Recruitment, Talent Management and Workforce Management
  • Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support
  • Hands-on experience with Fusion release 9
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud Implementations
  • Upgrade and implementation experience
  • Prior experience leading HCM implementations/upgra
