Strong understanding on Oracle Fusion HCM applications (ex. Compensation, Core HR, Payroll, Absence, etc.)

 Excellent working knowledge on

o Working knowledge on Data Migration Tool

 HDL (HCM Data Loader)

 PBL (Payroll Batch Loader)

 Spreadsheet Loader

 FBL (File Based Loader)

o Experience on Reports

 BIP (Business Intelligent Publisher)

 OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)

o Interface

 HCM EXTRACTS (Outbound)

o Experience on PAAS Customizations

 Fast Formulas

 Flex Field (DFF, EFF, KFF)

 Personalization Page

 BPM (Business Process Management) Approval Workflow

 Strong analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting and conceptual skills

 Ability to work in a cross functional team environment

 Pro-actively seeks to make continuous improvements

 Is results oriented and has a high degree of accountability, commitment and responsibility.

 Should have experience of entire project lifecycle

 Worked on Implementation & Support projects
