Job Summary:
- Experience in leading multiple Full Life Cycle implementations of the Oracle Cloud Time and Labor from requirements gathering, design, and configuration through go live.
- Strong hands-on functional knowledge of Oracle HCM and Oracle Time and Labor is required.
- Manage and mentor offshore resources and drive their work towards project deadlines and deliverables that are on target.
- Experience in designing solutions that include PaaS, very complex Oracle Time and Labor rules, Oracle Time and Labor integration with Oracle PPM, Payroll, and third-party time entry systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 

Nice to have:
• Experience in developing Fast Formulas for OTL.
• Absence Management implementation experience with US State Sick Leaves.
• Implementation experience with Staffing and Health Care industries.
 

Responsibilities:
• Assist a healthcare staffing client address their most complex business challenges by maximizing the performance of Time and Labor through Oracle Time and Labor, PaaS, and integration with multiple applications.
• Understand and design very complex Oracle Time and Labor for pay and bill. Lead offshore functional team and fast formula developers.
• Lead design sessions and collaborate with clients’ business analysts, senior managers, and payroll leads to understand their needs to ensure continued success and effective usage of Oracle Cloud Time and Labor.
• Cohesively work with cross-functional leads, and the internal OIC development team to design and deliver various integration and time entry screens built with PaaS.
• Author detailed Functional Design Documents, Scenarios, and Test Scripts.
• 10% Travel to Southeast USA.
