Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

· 5+ years of relevant experience with Oracle HCM applications, including Oracle Cloud HCM

· Experience in leading HCM implementations in the capacity of Lead Consultant for Global HR, Time & Labor and Payroll

·       Minimum 3 end-to-end implementation experience with Global HR, Time & Labor and Payroll module.

·       Knowledge of handling support queries and tickets.

·       Ability to work on ServiceNow Tickets and take it to closure.

·       Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate and negotiate in a professional manner with clients and internal staff.

·       Flexibility to adapt to project situations and play roles as per project requirements.

·       Ability to work independently and provide timely feedback to customer and team.

·       Ability to participate in planning activities.
