The person should have knowledge on entering transactions, just to call out New hire creation, Country transfers, terminations, Awards, salary changes etc.
The person should have knowledge on the HCM terminologies.
Added advantage if the person has knowledge on Payroll processing.
There is no automation involved here. This will be more of BA+QA role where the person will be responsible for coordinating the testing of any CRs, new initiatives, etc with Payroll down streams from MyInfo HCM solution.
