Key Responsibilities:
7+ years of relevant experience with Oracle HCM applications, including Oracle Cloud HCM
Experience in leading HCM implementations in the capacity of Lead Consultant or Solution Architect
Minimum of 4 end-to-end implementation experience with Global HR, Absence & Benefits, Talent Management, including the ability to configure approval workflows and create OTBI reports.
Knowledge of project implementation phases and methodology
Ability to design integrations with 3rd party payroll and other downstream systems. (ADP integration experience will be added advantage)
Ability to lead Business Process sessions and help customers design their HCM process.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate and negotiate in a professional manner with clients and internal staff.
Flexibility to adapt to project situations and play roles as per project requirements.
Ability to work independently and provide timely feedback to customers and team.
Ability to drive entire projects from Design to Go-live phases.
Ability to participate in planning activities such as Environment Planning, Cutover planning, Process Playback Session Planning, etc.
Ability to create and maintain project related documentation.
