● SaaS/IT/software implementation project manager with a keen focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration

● Business and information technology practices and development. Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

● Project planning tools (e.g. - Microsoft Project, Visio, Jira, and SharePoint).

● Design and delivery of business applications including the software development life cycle; database, programming, and network technologies; and quality assurance practices.

● Manage multiple complex projects and tasks while paying close attention to details.

● Detail-oriented, highly organized, and excellent oral and written communication and human relations skills.

● PMP or SCRUM certifications are preferred.
