Relevant Experience

• Must have at least 3-4 yrs. of implementation experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
• Working experience and in-depth understanding in the following modules of Oracle HCM Cloud:
  •  
    •  
      • Core HR
      • Recruitment
      • Talent Management
      • Learning
• Good knowledge on Oracle HCM Cloud Data models.
• Good knowledge in Oracle HCM Cloud HR business processes and their data flow
• Must have technical knowledge on Fast Formulas for different Oracle HCM modules and Personalization
• Must have good Knowledge in Reporting ( OTBI and BI Publisher) , HCM extracts and HDL
• Must have experience in Data Loading for atleast 1 project.
• Experience in Interface & Data migration testing related to HCM Cloud
• Experience in

1.    Client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live

2.    Assisting in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues/problems

3.    Preparing for, facilitating, and gaining agreement on global design

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• having decent knowledge in EBS r12 for all modules
