Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION Our upstream oil & gas client is looking for an Oracle HCM Techno-Func Consultant for a 4+ month contract in Spring, TX (Hybrid 3/2). The company is moving from Oracle EBS to SAP SuccessFactors in 2024 and needs a consultant to come in and run Oracle EBS on a day to day basis. You will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and support of Oracle HCM. This includes configuration, tracking issues, timesheets, user and payroll team support. You will be reporting directly to the HR Director. Only candidates residing in Houston area will be considered. Responsibilities • Handling report requests • Payroll issues and support in ADP • Timesheet support • Monitor Data Bridge for benefit deduction and retirement deduction • Provide managers, employees, and HR support Required Qualifications • 7-10 years of techno functional experience with Oracle HCM EBS and Fusion • Excellent communication • Experience with ADP (payroll) is a plus • Compensation Module is a plus
