Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant Client: Indiana University (IU) Health Location: Indiana - FULLY REMOTE Candidates should be comfortable working EST hours. Ideally no candidates on the West Coast. Duration: 4-6 months Interview: Likely hire off of one-two phone screens with hiring team panel Rate: $60/hr Independent consultant only. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: • A photo ID will be required for each candidate to confirm identity during the interview/hiring process. Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant - MUST have experience with ALL of the following: • Looking for a techno-functional candidate. • Must have experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Implementations of Talent Management, Workforce Compensation and/or Recruiting • Must have experience with Oracle Cloud or Oracle On-Premise application security setup/build/configuration • This is on the EBS security team so application security experience is important • Must be available for 8 hours a day/ 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) o Hours preferred are 8am-5pm with an hour for lunch (12pm-1pm) • Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
