Oracle Lead

Job Summary:

 We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Lead who should have hands-on experience of the installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of Oracle database systems. Their key

responsibilities include database design, monitoring, backup and recovery, security, user.

management, capacity planning, and documentation. The candidate should have extensive experience in Oracle database technologies and software development, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Oracle developers and oversaw the design, development, migration, and maintenance of enterprise-level software applications.
• Must have hands-on experience using Oracle Golden Gate for data migration.
• Analyse business requirements and recommend technical solutions using Oracle technologies.
• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle database schemas, PL/SQL code, and database objects.
• Create technical documentation, including design documents, data flow diagrams, and user manuals.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Oracle database development and recommend improvements to existing processes and practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Oracle database development, including experience in Oracle 19C or higher
• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle database technologies
• Experience in leading a team of developers and overseeing the development process
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, and APEX is a plus
• Oracle Certification is a plus
